I have always been afraid of squatting...If your body gives up on you, you could break your back....

Plus once you hit 30, the goal should be to get rid of the excess weight, and get lean, flexible with cardio...

Believe me, you don't want to be an old man with all that weight to carry...

Get REAL strong, not weightlifting strong...
Can't stand "macho" lifters...little do they know they're stunting their potential muscle growth trying to impress putting to much weight on the bar to squat. I rep with 275...I could easily squat more but if I can't do more than 8 reps then it too heavy for the best workout. I can get about 12-13 reps in and I just burn out. I don't go over 275 and my legs look more muscular than dudes I see in there doing 400+ smh

That's cuz nikkas be ego lifting, and try to flex on the bros for the hoes...

A lot of people don't know about accessory work like hyper extensions to tighten the back up. They just wanna lift some shyt

But lets be real, I see little 5'3 asians in the gym looking like they weigh 160 soaking wet, benching and squatting easily 50% more than this. :francis:

It's not impressive,but its far from weak, that's the point were trying to get across

That's why I do rep week and heavy week.

4-5 reps is a set that will build muscle,so on my heavy weeks that's what I do then I dropset at the end.
