I have always been afraid of squatting...If your body gives up on you, you could break your back....

Plus once you hit 30, the goal should be to get rid of the excess weight, and get lean, flexible with cardio...

Believe me, you don't want to be an old man with all that weight to carry...

Get REAL strong, not weightlifting strong...


I just got into the weightroom/gym like 4 months ago...expound on that my good man...a brotha could use all the tips he can get (pause):feedme:

I find it funny all these coli fitness experts are laughing at him doing 275 like that's a common thing for any random nikka to do :what: now did he have to record it no :mjlol:

I honestly don't see any purpose squatting 4-500 pounds other then being an athlete or a power lifter, 325-350 is my limit,

But that goes to show me most these cats don't be in the gym because most guys don't squat,and its rare you see guys squatting heavy shyt in the gym.

I did like 230-240ish in high school and I didn't weigh no more than 140 something

now my memory is fukked from smoking but I BELIEVE it was 230-240ish
