I find it funny all these coli fitness experts are laughing at him doing 275 like that's a common thing for any random nikka to do :what: now did he have to record it no :mjlol:

I honestly don't see any purpose squatting 4-500 pounds other then being an athlete or a power lifter, 325-350 is my limit,
275 isnt regular?
Im not being funny when I ask that...
..because im far from brolic...but I squat twice a week and hit that w/o any issues.

Jim seems like the average gym cat that only works out for show...a guy his size shouldnt need a spot on 275.

My sets yesterday were...
135 x 13, 185 x 9, 225 x 8, 275 x 8, 315 x 3

If yall telling me thats special...ima start smackin random nikkas around at the gym for being in my presence :smugbiden:

This is where people like you and others make the mistake,and I once was there,but when I got to the joint I started changing my thinking.

Yes to a guy who's been lifting for a while, a 275 squat is nothing to get hype over,but when you compare that to alot of guys who just do upper body or the average American male,that 275 is damn near elite

I have always been afraid of squatting...If your body gives up on you, you could break your back....

Plus once you hit 30, the goal should be to get rid of the excess weight, and get lean, flexible with cardio...

Believe me, you don't want to be an old man with all that weight to carry...

Get REAL strong, not weightlifting strong...

:stopitslime: squatting is one of the greatest exercise you can do. Great for the core, the rest of the body and for testosterone production. By squatting you actually make your back stronger and harder to break, so stop being a p*ssy.

It's an exercise that has a place in everyone's routine regardless of your goals.

For somebody who don't squat twice a week I can see 275 being a problem.

you didn't even need to type anything else after this, Jim dosent come off as a nikka who is a gym junky.
