I honestly don't see any purpose squatting 4-500 pounds other then being an athlete or a power lifter, 325-350 is my limit,
Im not being funny when I ask that...
..because im far from brolic...but I squat twice a week and hit that w/o any issues.
Jim seems like the average gym cat that only works out for show...a guy his size shouldnt need a spot on 275.
My sets yesterday were...
135 x 13, 185 x 9, 225 x 8, 275 x 8, 315 x 3
If yall telling me thats special...ima start smackin random nikkas around at the gym for being in my presence

squatting is one of the greatest exercise you can do. Great for the core, the rest of the body and for testosterone production. By squatting you actually make your back stronger and harder to break, so stop being a p*ssy.
