I think this is a long shot at best, considering the president isn't in power anymore, and Henchmen was convicted of extremely serious offenses. a long long shot.
Reading it over again, there is no way this happens. Even if some deranged circuit judge grants it, on a law with no legal precedent (which is everything in these kinds of cases), it's going to get appealed, and the top Justice Department OLC attorneys will be on it, (or more likely the top Southern District of New York appellate division) compared to whomever Jim Brown or Rosemond's wife can hire.
