It’s public information, if you follow the team you saw the team activities they had and Zion was not present for any of them.
This was Willie Green in his first press conference after his hire
"I haven't met Zion yet but I'm excited to meet him and to talk to him and to get to know him," Green says.
Most of the team went to PHX to meet with him before the official hire.
The biggest story is his camp is not a fan of Pelicans training staff, they have had issues since his rookie year over when he was on mins restriction.

Finally, Tom Benson owns the Saints and the Pelicans, he doesn't give a fukk about the Pelicans. NOLA's medical staff aint shyt. And AD is constantly getting hurt... put two and two together.
I mean this article is from 2016 and is pretty prophetic of what would happen in the following years.

Chris Paul got the fukk out of there too. At some point you gotta stop asking "why are the players doing so-and-so" and start taking a closer look at the organization to realize that they're some deeply rooted structural issues in that franchise.

These players spoiled. I lived in OKC for 3 yrs while I was in school and it was straight and I was a broke grad student. Got up on broads on weekends and handled business during the week. You’re not even home half the season and in the off season live in LA/Miami/Spain shoot where ever you want.
