Entry level interviews are terrible.

When you go in there when a job has recruited you it’s a different animal. You basically ask all the questions and make them prove themselves.

Job intetviews are only emasculating when you have no skills and/or resume. Interviews for me are 15 minute brag sessions of my accomplishments. Not emasculating in the least.

9/10 we are interviewing with some cac we know isnt going to hire us no matter how qualified we are or well we interview, but still have to come in skinning and grinning. We bascially have to be Barack Obama to even have a shot at a nice job, but even then we might get passed up for some cac who is half as qualified.

c spire, ticketmaster and fedex contacted me last month I didn't even call back once I heard those middle age Rump supporting as CAC's voice on my voicemail. My first name and last is CAC so that's why call.
If I brother isn't doing something in manual labor shyt becomes difficult , All I can do is work on business plan.

I have had jobs blow my phone up trying to contact me based off of my resume and name, once they see or hear that I'm black I usually get a email from HR saying they have select somebody with more qualification
