There have been 87,164 Covid-19 cases reported in the United States as of Thursday night, according to data from Johns Hopkins University, by far the most new cases in a single day since the pandemic began.
The previous high was just six days ago, when there were 83,731 new cases reported.

Just got my test results back yesterday, all negative. Wifey been coughin up a lung and other symptoms so we went and got tested.
shyt was scary for a while til we heard the news. I hope Joe is gonna be alright. Vast majority of people pull through just fine by chillin at home for a while so you have to be pretty unlucky statistically to die from this shyt.

I think a few months ago when other things made headlines and covid wasn't dominating the news anymore it made a lot of people assume it was out of here and go back to normal prematurely and now we have spikes again , but the coverage was never gonna be like when it first hits so that shouldn't be a barometer
