It was vibe's list. He was making the point that at that time Method had fallen off. He didn't seem to understand that they were factoring in Meth's entire career...let alone factors beyond lyricism.

Method Man pretty much done no wrong in rap - especially in terms of hurting others.
Except when he came at Waka.
What Waka did was incredibly great - he never dissed Method Man back. He just expressed how hurt he was cause he had love for Method Man.
And Method Man quickly responded, appologized and said he was dead wrong for randomly dissing Waka's sound.
That was literally one of the most incredible things I've seen in rap and I grew respect for Waka Flocka just for that.

The scary part about Joe is he keeps wanting to tear others down.
