If you have multiple kids and they all hate you then you're not a good father. There are plenty of instances of the one kid hating their parents just because they didn't get everything they ever wanted. Joe wasn't father of the year, but he also wasn't the monster the media made him out to be. They vilify him more than dads who have molested their own kids.

Success means a lot, esp for a black family. I just think all the plastic surgeries reveal the negative consequences of their upbringing. I don't know if thats due to lack of esteem building at home or Hollywood pressure but it shows insecurity is a problem for them
