I agree, you're essentially in a lose lose situation with Trump (as we've seen back with Hilary). Either you fight back and look just as crazy as him, or you try to be calm and are called weak. It's definitely a tight rope. But this really comes down to Chris Wallace inability to get control of the debate.

Yeah but I think Biden walked the rope well. He was able to land some blows, but he also maintained his composure for the most part.
