Biden's one weak spot IMO is the economic issues. Not that I believe Trump's bullshyt, but that's where he has the most room to hammer Biden

I thought Joe was pretty strong on this when he spoke directly to voters/camera. When Trump was ranting about how he had the best economy ever, he looked at the camera and asked how you’re doing and compared it to Trumps billionaire friends. That framing plus continuing to repeat the I saved the Auto Industry line will help.

Next one is a townhall, which will limit Trumps blitzkrieg tactics. Far easier to stream roll neutral moderator than a voter and it will force far more stops and order.

Also true. I think Trump was hoping the assault would cause Biden to stumble in a big way and it didn’t happen. They wanted a clear gaffe and/or to see him visibly rattled so they can have more dementia content, and it didn’t work. Just looked ugly and unhinged for anyone outside of MAGA land.

Ended with Biden asking people to vote often and early, and Trump ranting about a rigged election does that sound like someone who thinks they won?
