Did you not read what I said before you responded to my comment :laff:

Bringing up Westbrook's contract is a disingenuous point seeing as 1. He actually still put up numbers compared to John Wall and 2. You found a team desperate enough for his services. Even then, the Lakers to send out Kuzma AND a first round pick in the deal.
Wall averaged 20 ppg last year some team will trade for him

and you talking about sweeteners and young players is kinda irrelevant because that’s usually how these trades get done anyway

Why would they when they know it's a matter of time before he's bought out and they can get him for the veterans minimium? If they could have moved that contract, then they would have already done so by now.
We saw Chandler Parsons get traded…

We saw Rashard Lewis get traded

We saw Chris Paul get traded..

John Wall can and will be traded

Chandler Parson was traded when he became an expiring and not before then. Memphis even offered the #4 pick and to trade down for teams to take on his contract, but no one budged.

Rashard Lewis got traded for another bad contract in Gilbert Arenas, so it was a wash as neither team benefitted from the deal.

CP3 stayed in OKC for that one season MAINLY because they were going to have to attach sweeteners to the deal just to move him. That All-NBA he had benefited OKC in that they actually got a first round pick in return instead of having to send one out. Even then, they didn't really get that much in return for CP3.

You can cap and make up any excuse for Wall if you want to, but no one is taking on his contract with how ass he performed last year. They'd obviously rather wait until he's bought out and bring him in on the cheap.

Why is Houston even trying to trade Wall they won't be good for another 2 to 3 years and nobody is taking that contract unless you give them first round picks.

Not without Houston attaching picks and sweeteners to the deal he won't be without picks and sweeteners in the deal he won't be :ehh:

All that sweeteners shyt you keep talking about means nothing.

The point is JOHN WALL CAN BE TRADED we’ve seen this before. Period.

I don’t care about sweeteners that means nothing.

Even if those sweeteners involved Green or any of the first-round picks from this years draft :usure:

That's going to be the starting asking price and even you know that Houston isn't trying to offload those young players in any deal if possible.

Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
Wall is due $91.7 million over the next two seasons, including a player option for $47.4 million in 2022-23, a contract that makes attempting to trade him extremely difficult. Sources said the Rockets do not want to give up first-round draft compensation in a Wall trade and would not have interest in discussing a buyout until possibly after free agency next summer.
