The team isn't as shiddy as the record though. Ariza, Okafor, Nene are talented overpaid veterans. Webster has shot great. Beal too. The bench of guys Grunfeld drafted are shiddy though.
Defensively, the Wizards are #6 in the league. They rebound well. They for the most part have games go down the wire and overall are a smarter team than Wall's first two seasons.
Wall's issues are turnovers and his shooting. He sucks running a half court offense. Teams play him like Rondo and his shot issues hurt the team but his turnovers hurt worse by far.
It's good he has confidence but he just needs to improve.
Does he ever work on his game?
