Wall is a 5 time all star, third team all NBA and second Defense. 6”4 guard probably fastest in the nba with ball in hand top 3 at worst, could jump out the gym, Slam Dunk champ. Injuries derailed his career, which makes his contract terrible but highlights from the last two seasons.17-18

If I'm the Hornets I would offer Batum and Zellers expiring contracts for Wall and a 1st round pick.
Washington gets to start off fresh next year with Walls contract off the books and Charlotte gets a future asset with that pick. Wall would take some pressure off of Melo and he might even sell some to tickets since he's local

Batum and Zellers contracit expire this season even if Beal leaves Wizards will have a two year head start on their rebuild.
The will still be over the cap and cant add any players.

Im talking about a rebuild right now if Beal resigns and they still have Walk they not going anywhere. You trade Beal and get something back you ship Wall out with a top 10 protected pick and tank.
