more money
Again, keep it at I don't think he did it

I've already admitted The Cosby Show is one of the GOAT shows and he donated a lot of money. But, being this "icon" does us a lot better had he not carried himself like a rich white man from Alabama.

No, I won't say I 'think' he did or didn't do it, because there's no concrete evidence what so ever proving his guilt or innocence dummy.

Idiots like you can say you can 'think' somthing without any solid justification, but people that are even half way intelligent wont do that.

And he did more than 'donate alot of money' he opened an art museum of African history, supported plenty of inner city programs, and created a documentary chronicling black history and white supremecy with his own money.

But nah that means nothing to you treacherous ass nikkas, punk ass dirty filthy dumb hoe ass traitors. Which rich white man from alabamas doing all that huh?

I also don't see evidence for a grand conspiracy. For now, I feel for his wife being embarassed. I don't know what happened in those bedrooms.

Yea no sht you dont know what happened, at least you're half way smart enough to admit that. Now go talk to your c00ns/cracka brothers in this thread and explain your thinking to them.

It wasn't no open secret, its because Bill Cosby settled his case with the chick he went to court about, for $3.4 million, in 2006. Before that, you never heard anyone talking about it!

it was probably gossip, because she wasn't able to talk about it publicly, but we know people talk, so the people probably gossiped about it in small circles.

People have to start looking at timelines, and stop acting like everything just happened all at the same time.
You mean the case he admitted he drugged women.

See this is what you don't get.

I disagree with what Cosby said about black names etc. I don't know why he talks like that and if it was anyone else, let's say Jesse Lee peterson, I'd be quick to say fck him to.

But I acknowledge that Bill Cosby is a massive black icon and one of the biggest pro-black philanthropists ever period.

For that alone, he is firmly one of ours and we should protect him as such, especially over such an unjust case in which he is being stripped of his legacy despite the damning lack of evidence.

This is pure injustice. We're watching a modern day lynching of one of our biggest black icons based on no evidence at all and you're there talking about 'bbbbut he made fun of our names and told us to pull our pants up ' are you gotdamn retarded?

We can deal with his stupid ass comments after, for now let's stop these devils from burning his ass unjustly first.

And what's more as a black man (which im starting to doubt most of you anti Cosby posters are) if they can do this to Cosby, what type of precedent do you think this sets for the rest of us?

Or are yall not smart enough to see the very real implications of this case for the rest of us (hell men in general).

How about don't admit to slipping shyt into women's drinks and assaulting them?

That's too much to ask for right?

Now Cosby show and his movies I'll watch if it's on, since there's a laundry list of despicable entertainers that made classic material but spare me the martyr shyt. Hell I watch Naked Gun all whenever it's on. Kevin Spacey is a godforsaken human being but I'll watch Usual Suspects.

But he's on his own outside of that.

As someone stated previously I think John Withersppon and Bill have had some sort of longstanding issues with each other and John has been pretty vocal about it when asked. Other comedians have come out and defended bill, such as Paul Mooney, Damon Wayans, Faizon Love, and a few others who I can't recall their names at the moment so that statement that comedians aren't defending him is false.

A problem I see here in many posts is that people are conflating two issues and in a way using one to justify the other. You may or may not care about what Bill said about black people in the pound cake speech or in the Katrina aftermath, I personally think it was incorrect behavior and he should have kept that to himself. For those who have a problem with his statements you have to understand that it is an entirely separate issue from the sexual assault case, and should not be used as a proxy to his guilt. Also, for those who are quoting DL Hughley was it not very long ago that he was spouting some black respectability politics in relation to a police brutality incident? If you have a problem with Bill and his respectability politics why would you entertain DL when he has expressed some of the same if I'm not mistaken?

I could be wrong but I'm seeing much of the same rationale used by "Shea Butter Twitter" in the Stephon Clark statements used on Cosby and many posters were very vocal calling that out.

The Hispanic Judge that unsealed the 2005 deposition on Bill Cosby stated he did it because of the hypocritical moralizing towards black America.
The hypocritical moralizing of Bill Cosby
Cosby’s efforts to position himself as a moral authority also prompted US District Judge Eduardo Robreno to unseal a 2005 deposition in which Cosby admitted to giving women quaaludes before having sex. Robreno argued that Cosby’s prior moralizing played a direct role in his decision to unseal the lawsuit, which Constand had filed.

“The stark contrast between Bill Cosby, the public moralist and Bill Cosby, the subject of serious allegations concerning improper (and perhaps criminal) conduct is a matter as to which the [Associated Press] — and by extension the public — has a significant interest,” Robreno wrote in 2015.

On Monday, a juror told Good Morning America that the deposition played a crucial role in last week’s guilty verdict.

fukk yeah people knew about the shyt. DL Hughley has said in many interviews that he called out Cosby when he called into his radio show, and Cosby called the execs and made sure the tape never got out.

The Coli loves to act like Hannibal brought it up out of thin air, and that's what started all this. :heh:

Yes but the women willing took the Qualudes, thas what was in the deposition lmao

the fake is he didn't rape anyone

people were just saying bill cosby was on his high horse when he had a sexual perversion thats all, when you black and have image of morality you can't even get p*ssy let alone do some weird shyt like cosby was into

He never admitted to drugging women. Man, fukk it, if ya wanna believe it, no matter what truths i give ya still gonna believe what you want

It's just sad how emotions make people believe what they want, regardless of facts

He said he gave women drugs. I see that as no different the giving a person liquor or any other type of drug when your intentions are to have sex with them.
