I disagree with what Cosby said about black names etc. I don't know why he talks like that and if it was anyone else, let's say Jesse Lee peterson, I'd be quick to say fck him to.

But I acknowledge that Bill Cosby is a massive black icon and one of the biggest pro-black philanthropists ever period.

For that alone, he is firmly one of ours and we should protect him as such, especially over such an unjust case in which he is being stripped of his legacy despite the damning lack of evidence.

This is pure injustice. We're watching a modern day lynching of one of our biggest black icons based on no evidence at all and you're there talking about 'bbbbut he made fun of our names and told us to pull our pants up ' are you gotdamn retarded?

fukk yeah people knew about the shyt. DL Hughley has said in many interviews that he called out Cosby when he called into his radio show, and Cosby called the execs and made sure the tape never got out.

The conflict with Bill is the same conflict with OJ. Both are c00ns but it's more so about how the system is trying to get them than who it's getting. I don't give a fukk about Bill Cosby's fate at this point but I can't say he had a fair trial. And of course that money he amassed is gonna get fukked up in frivolous lawsuits. So it's not so much the person they are defending it's the way they are getting fukked by the system that's the problem because the system will do the same thing to somebody black we do fukk with.

Bruh we agree on that. I have SiriusXM and listen to a lawyer with a radio show named Michael Smerconish (he also has a show on CNN) . He talked about the reasoning used by the judge to bootstrap the testimony from the civil case into the criminal case was suspect as hell and likely to be overturned in a federal court.

But I also think 50 broads don't just accuse a motherfukker of rape without a few of them telling the truth.

The standard for criminal conviction is different from what I personally believe happened with those women...which is that Bill Cosby is a rapin' mf'er.

At the end if the day it's innocent until proven guilty. If there wasn't reasonable proof then he shouldn't have been convicted. Some of them women already came out and said they were lying. Do I think he raped them? I think there is a strong possibility that something happened that wasn't truly consensual. But was it legal or morally right to convict him without evidence? No. Once you prop open that door then things are certain to get out of control. Just look at the results of what happened with those first few cases of police shootings a few years ago. Now it's like oh well, common practice.
