100 percent power. As for the Dungy's and the former players rallying, they never had any power, which really speaks to guys like Tomlin and Dungy being able to navigate those waters as long as they did/do. I don't think a Tony Dungy would fly in today's league; people aren't trying to hear all that religious stuff.
