No code of conduct. Look how they came came against Chepelle. They risked their jobs to interfere in high-level Netflix meetings to get rid of Chapelle. Do you see black people in a company risking their careers to get rid of a racist?Especially considering the black NFL fanbase is larger than the gay one. They don't even care about our dollars. Doesn't help that there's always a line of brothers ready to die for their "racist, but not really" coach or teammate.

watchlist. On one of his broadcasts, he was talking about his son “playing with all these…” sounded like he was about to say “nikkas”. But, either he cut himself off or the producer cut the sound (2 second delay). We have no powerAre we too soft or do we just not have any power?
Isn't Richie Incognito on that team? Lukcily he only offended black people.![]()

It's clear somebody within the NFL had a mission to get Gruden outta here ASAP.
They did on the Clippers. No code of conduct. Look how they came came against Chepelle. They risked their jobs to interfere in high-level Netflix meetings to get rid of Chapelle. Do you see black people in a company risking their careers to get rid of a racist?

@JLova @THEREALBRAND you know what I take that back. We do have power but we don’t utilize it when needed. Case in point when some racist incident happen at the University of Missouri a couple of years ago, the black players sat out and forced the school to take action. That’s power we have. Wish it was used more oftenBoth. No code of conduct either. Let them be Jews he was coaching and he made a Holocaust joke…..
THANK YOU ALLAH!!!!
