from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
Prime Tyson would get beat by any top MMA Fighter in the ring AND ESPECIALLY in a street fight where their are no rules and anything goes..A boxers skill and scope is extremely way too limited.. They are masters in only punching.. When kicking, elbows, headbutts, knees, throws, submissions, and a variety of different attacks come into play, Mike Tysons boxing skillset will fall to the wayside. outside of a boxing ring it would be a done deal for any boxer vs a martial artist master..

This shouldn't even be a debate

you don't want Tyson in a street fight b

I don't care how technically skilled an MMA fighter is.

Put Tyson in a guillotine choke he'll uppercut your balls then bite off your face.

I've always heard that boxing stance leaves you vulnerable to a takedown easliy. You think tyson has a chance against an collegiate champion wrestler with a huge height/weight advantage over him? :laff:

when? never, but im sure you wouldve still picked that dude. Who acted like a street fight takes place in a ring? i think dudes point was mma is closer to street fighting than boxing (which it is).

So knowing that Roger Huerta is a trained professional fighter... i'm supposed to think he's gonna get his shyt handed to him cause the other guy is big, black and a football player?

and no, Boxing is closer to street fighting than MMA...if you think otherwise, you don't get out much.

If there are no rules, why exactly would you not pick the dude who has a history of fighting IN THE STREETS, purposely bit part of someones ear off and simply does not a give a fukk?

i dont know bro you seemed to be shytting on mma so yea id figure you take the big slow football player

boxing is 2 dudes using over sized gloves punching each other, yet thats closer to a fight than 2 dudes using tiny ass gloves and doing basically whatever they want? you never saw a dude get tackled? doubt youve seen a fight

I have never in all the club/street/YMCA/after school brawls I've witnessed seen two nikkas stand up and have a pure striking match for the entirety of a fight. Someone(the dude getting tagged) will grab the other in a clinch or hug and try to take him down. Now what makes you think a professionally trained wrestler can't do that and be victorious against someone who probably never experienced takedowns in a fight :rudy:

nikkas laughed when I said Bruce Lee could kick Tyson in the knee, and it would be a wrap. The reason I said Bruce would beat Tyson is because that dude trained for survival and was always studying ways to elevate the art. He knew Martial Arts like the back of his hand.

With this matchup here, I honestly don't know. I'm leaning towards Tyson, not only because he's more physically imposing, but in MMA, for some reason, there's a lot of emphasis on a takedown....the last place you want a fight to end up. Jones has the reach and more versatile style, so if he fought smart, he could possibly win, but I'm taking Tyson.

Bruce Lee's little azz was in them Hong Kong streets fighting 5 on 1. I could see nikkaz arguing for Bruce Lee. But Jon Jones? :russ:

His history of fighting in the streets don't consist of him fighting any highly trained martial artists... ANYTHING can happen, and I'm willing to put my money on the guy SKILLED And Trained in punching, kicking, submission, takedown, knee strikes, and throwing vs the guy only trained in punching.. And what's to stop the martial artist from using dirty tactics like eye gouging and biting??

Lets just say if I had to choose between fighting a martial arts master or a world champion HOF boxer in the street.. I'm definitely going to choose the boxer who's only trained for fighting with 8-10 inch gloves, because if you take those gloves off, believe me its a whole notha ballgame... If the boxer punches the wrong spot anywhere on my body he's liable to break his fukking hand without that cushion. I don't have to worry about kicks or any crazy judo/jujitsu takedowns, flying kicks, etc... Don't get me wrong there's crazy risks involved fighting either one, but there's way more variables you would have to deal with fighting a martial artist.. A boxer, all you have to worry about is not getting knocked the fukk out by a punch

Let's get one thing clear (because this bullshyt gets pushed incredibly hard) - there aren't many (if any) MMA fighters who are MASTERS in kicking, elbows, headbutts, knees, submissions, etc., etc. all at the same time. Most of these cats are masters in one thing and just average or decent or worse in everything else. Just the same as a boxer would be (he'd be a master at boxing and decent or worse with everything else).
