Val Venis was there for 10 years, what did he main event? Goldust hasn't been there for 23 years straight, but he's been with WWE a long-ass time, several times, and ain't main evented nothin'. Again, just because you wrestle a main eventer doesn't mean that you yourself are a main eventer. Doesn't matter how popular the wrestler is. Was Rikishi a main eventer when he wrestled Austin and Rock in back-to-back PPV matches that weren't the main event?

I ain't even here to debate about Kofi, because he should have a shot at the main event unless he just loves this New Day gig more than being a singles competitor at this point... but Kofi also has a gimmick that's over and is more charismatic than the subject of this thread tho'. I don't even know why we're comparing the two, lol

You were already wrong about Tito, Billy Gunn & Bob Holly. Dustin Rhodes got fired on at least 5 occasions. With the way he carried the storylines against ahmed, warrior & razor he should’ve gotten a run vs Bret or Shawn but they lost the plot and he got his ass fired a couple yrs later. Rikishi was in a 4 way main event at rebellion and in the 6 pack hell in a cell after the matches you named. Apparently your google quit working when it went against you. Val wasn’t there as long as Kofi has either. You’re free to try some more though.

Tito didn't main event shyt. I don't care how the IC title was viewed, it wasn't the main event.

Bob Holly ain't do shyt but a 3-minute squash at the Royal Rumble... barely even made the Mania card most of the years he was there, so no.
