Bullshyt....

That shyt came to pass.

There was a HUGE drop off in sales near the end of the season and the phenomenom wore off. All that was left was Jeremy Lin yet you think the KNicks still had "Linsanity" to bank on.

:smh:

Yeah a huge dropoff near the end of the season, when he wasn't playing at all.

If were to play good in NY again next season that shyt would start right up, how you gonna act like his popularity went down naturally.

More spin please

ATL…overly
These Knicks players are so beesh made breh...This type of open talk in the media about someone elses wallet is unprecedented in the NBA.. Favre levels of hoeness

Exactly. nikkaz can spin it however they want, but at the end of the day Melo & JR should've NEVER commented on Lin's deal to begin with. Melo & JR aint the front office. Worry about your paper & keep it moving

Lin is about to be set for life off a 25 game run...let's keep it real BREHS: every player in the league would finesse this situation the EXACT same way if they were in Lin's shoes

BTW, I find it funny how confident Knicks fans were that they would be able to resign Lin when it was "just" 10 mil in the last yr of the contract no less than a wk ago

and what exactly do all those "sales" mean, TO OTHER PLAYERS IN THE LOCKER ROOM, when Lin is putting up 7 turnovers a game?

It doesn't mean shyt to the players, but at the same time, that's not their room to speak. It is a business, and if a player makes you a boat load of money through marketing, merchandise and other venues, that's a commodity.

Look at Tebow and the Jets, same deal. Jets brought him in for marketing purposes and sales, nobody is speaking out about him.

Truth is we got too much media to begin with, no one should be hearing from JR Smith in mid-July

If this Prigioni dude comes in and drops 15 points and 10 assists for 5 straight games everyone will be asking Jeremy who?

It was starting to wane before he got hurt.

I just don't see how that should be the lone focal when talking about keeping him.

It's the very reason why I'm disgusted about the Tebow signing.

1. tebow is paid like any other first rounder
2. plenty of tebows ex teammates criticized him (some advertent, some inadvertently)
3. If Tebow were to be given a 20 million dollar contract in 1 year after just 3 football games plus tebow mania, please believe alot more players would have something to say...

fact

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
Please correct me if i'm wrong, but I don't recall any players on the Knicks stepping up to shyt all over Stat when he pulled that 2nd grade bytch fit and punched the glass, or when JR was fukking around and involving himself in twitter beefs with C list hip hop artists and video hoes :childplease:
What are Melo and JR's thoughts on Kidd getting shytfaced fall down drunk and endangering the lives of everybody on the road?
Unbelieveable. Thank you GOD for the Knicks, so much entertainment in the off season until football starts.

I swear I dont understand..

Only reason I can think of is ESPN tells them he's a "ball stopper"

These are the same idiot fans that didn't wanna give up Landry Fields to get him in the 1st place..:russ:

And yet.....

I can't STAND Knicks fans for this very reason.
