individual solutions don't work for a collective race. as much as many like to pretend we can drift off into the burbs and be accepted, we need our own tight knit communities; similar to the jews and asians.

I took care of all my girlfriends, made sure they never went without. They always had money, either it was theirs or my own. You dont know what I do when it comes to seeing the women I care for in danger. Just a year ago I had to break a nikka face for putting hands on my mom over a fukking parking space. yes, i'm certain most of our problems could be solved with money and resources. the lack of money in the black community is the main reason why there's currently lack of respect and love for one another. most of us aren't coming to each other for opportunities, we go to white folks and other non-blacks. we aren't passing anything on either, which leaves black women devalued -- and part of the reason a lot of these nikkas swear they can make black children by non-black women.

forreal though, if more black women were on the cover of magazines, the main love interest in movies and tv shows. along with having men of other races stumbling over themselves to get to them, black women would have no issues with life

I think it's much harder to have a tight knit community amongst black people because of varying religions, cultures, etc. Someone in Jamaica grew up very differently than someone in Nigeria, for example. Some black people are Muslim, others are Christian, etc. Jews are so unified because they all have religion and culture in common. Just like with white people....we are all very different: Italians are different from Germans and so forth. Look at Ireland, for example, people of the same nation are divided amongst Protestants and Catholics.

There isn't a need for the term 'black feminism'... go to ur next meeting and let the women there know that they should all go home and spend time w their sons and men they let nut in them with no consideration.

it's counter productive... Regardless of how much they hate us, hate on us, raise us wrong, and/or try to fit in/date others.... Black men are the only defenders and protectors and supporters of Black Women. period.

Even Black women aren't the supporters of black women... black women hate on each other more so than any 1 group on our planet.
