Well it depends on what you call racist. In the rural towns the indigenous people seemed very surprised to see a black person. But I didn't face any systematic discrimination/oppression. For what its worth my homie from the BX who looks 100% black is settling down in Peru.How racist are Peruvians?

Well I went with my wife so I couldn't say for sure. It is a little different out there. In Lima everyone seemed to be boo'd up. But we encountered a lot of Americans there and they were all happy couples too. My wife is American. So I'm not sure what "better" entails. If u want me to cosign some baseless "woe is me imma marry a foreign" BS u should prob ask someone else.How about the women, better than American woman, right?
