How racist are Peruvians?

Well it depends on what you call racist. In the rural towns the indigenous people seemed very surprised to see a black person. But I didn't face any systematic discrimination/oppression. For what its worth my homie from the BX who looks 100% black is settling down in Peru.

Always wanted to got to Machu Pichu.

Well I went with my wife so I couldn't say for sure. It is a little different out there. In Lima everyone seemed to be boo'd up. But we encountered a lot of Americans there and they were all happy couples too. My wife is American. So I'm not sure what "better" entails. If u want me to cosign some baseless "woe is me imma marry a foreign" BS u should prob ask someone else.

Crime didn't seem too bad but the poverty was off the chain, ironically in Lima which is the capital. The rural areas were still poor but it felt safer and the locals seemed happier. I would spend as little time in Lima as possible. I was not feeling it

Wifey loves ceviche and she was happy. I hate it though. Cuzco had the best food imo
