2. put themselves on child support AS SOON AS THEIR NONMARITAL KID WAS BORN ALIVE. <----- when the fathers of b*stard kids are supposed to put themselves on child support in the USA

The father failed to avail himself of those 2 legally enforced means by which he can support his kids. Instead, he cut side deals with the baby mama outside of marriage AND outside of the family law system. Thus, that father cannot complain too much when he resorts to the court system years late AND GETS fukk OVER by an American judge who is too busy to look thru the father's showbox full of receipts.

Do not expect an American judge to enforce side deals that you cut with your baby mama! Marriage was available to you all along AND YOU CHOSE TO IGNORE IT. A perfectly functional family law system was available to you all along AND YOU CHOSE TO IGNORE IT.

I studied family law at a top law school in the USA. That is how the policy was explained to me.

1.i tell them all - immediately file for establishment of paternity, visitation and cs.avail yourself of any legal remedies that you can.

the best advice i can give you is to keep a healthy level of communication between the 2 of you
so in the event of a breakup you 2 can work something out legally [no handshake deals]
be prepared to pursue all of your legal options if that should happen.

You have to have something to put on that worksheet or else you getting fukked no Vaseline style. I would recommend adding the child to your insurance or pay some daycare. If you do either one of those thats your credit to get the amount ordered reduced plus you can request more time. Here's the tricky thing you can only ask for more time in custody court not child support court. When you go to child support court you shouldn't try to explain anything, let your lawyer talk. If you don't have a lawyer let your paperwork and receipts talk. Never try to explain anything. Documentation is the conversation.

I was making 9.00 an hour with 300.00 a month car payment, 300.00 a month rent, 80.00 a month combined utilities (water, electricity, phone), 70.00 every 6 months for car insurance.
