I was giving her 400 a month when she took me to court
I went like a month ago and they said I'd have to pay 325 every 2 weeks until the order is finalized
Today I see my check with 500 missing

It's cheaper to keep her brotha. I separated from my lady for a few months and she put me on that CS and it was over 1500 a month for 2 kids. Please believe we worked out them issues. Good luck to you and I would suggest you go to court and ask for a modification.
So essentially you're being ordered to use about $1k a month to support your kid? Welcome to fatherhood, son. You're a father. That kids shelter, food, clothing, and health should be your responsibility and that's usually far more than $1k a month. I had my son on my own (somewhat) before I got married and that single parent life ain't easy and that was with my BM/future wife coming through almost every day. Yea the court system is jacked but that's life when you have kids. And if you get on terms with the bm you can navigate it. My girl wrote a letter and showed up in court with me with receipts proving I was handling biz so the judge ordered the minimum out of my checks which was far less than what I was providing anyway.
There's no room for truth and reason here, sorry.
Better to let him fester in his imagination, where his kids don't benefit from their mother having a car to transport them; where she's allowing her kids to starve while spending thousands every month on beauty treatments that actually cost about $30; where he lives in one of the most expensive counties in America, but is outraged child support costs would be adjusted based on the fact; where the mom is spending money allocated for her children on a new boyfriend, while he, the dad, refuses to seek custody of his children, despite the alleged unfit parenting of their mom; where actual dads, the ones who actually live with their children and care for them full time, don't spend just as much on child care.

you got receipts for that 400/month you was doing... they should at least get you pay that.. I guess you missed a month or 2 or a friend was in her ear cause the noncourt appointed arrangements are always the best

I don't think he's complaining about the 12k .. he's complaining it was taken from him. he cant afford the 12k .. he can voluntarily afford for example 8k, but 12 gives a roof for his kids but not for him
Ask your job to start paying you off the books and then file for unemployment
