Just got child support taken out my check

buh buh buh wait it got worst

since the byatch was too trifling to pay for doctor co pay visits for my son

she decides to stop going to doctor visits all together.....

basically endangering my child's life

my son was losing weight....her home was in terrible conditions....

and she was basically avoiding me from letting me see my son..cause she didn't want to hear me "preaching" to her about doing better for the child

so i decide i have no choice but to go to WAR to save my son's life

and this when i found out how the court system don't give ZERO FUKKS when it comes to a father trying to do the right thing

i file my claim for custody rights.....i get social services involved along with a probono lawyer as well as my child's doctor to testify on my behalf

everybody is saying a got a strong case..i'll get to have my son ...

then Social Servicesand my own LAWYER turned on me in court....

telling the judge that im basically a guy trying to get out of child support

im like WTF?!!?....my son's life is in danger...and the woman is doing nothing on her part to support her child

Im looking at my lawyer..."like MAN DO YOU HEAR THIS SHYT?!?!"

so during a break in the session ..we meet in the private chambers.....

and this phaggot azz sorry excuse for a lawyer...

tells me..."why don't you just cooperate and settle for what social services is offering you...the mother isn't neccisarily neglectful..just some post mortum stress....the best i can do for you is get you visitation rights"

im like WTF?!?!?

then within that same week....im getting strange phone calls

a person calling my phone saying "SNITCH" and hanging up......and another one where some dude is threatning to kill me and even knew where the neighborhood where i was living at....

i wasn't dumb...this byatch had her people (family, friends) calling in these threats

so eventually i was granted visitation rights....but i REFUSED TO DROP MY CUSTODY CASE against her

i knew i was right.....yet the court was making shyt mad difficult for me....having me come to all these dumb counseling and parenting sessions like as if im the neglectful parent..when i wasn't with this woman for over a year now..and wasn't even able to see my son on a regular basis...

and come to find out....the STATE was taking up her case....and doing other things

if she couldn't make it to trial these byatches in social services would GO PICK HER UP..they even provided her with a laywer free of charge

did my research and found out if i lost this shyt i would have to PAY FOR ALL THESE SERVICES on top of the child support

why you might ask?...would the STATE do all this for her...

because my child's mother was considered a WARD of the state..with all that assistance she was getting....

so i fired my lawyer.....cause i found out HE WAS IN ON THE HUSTLE TOO

he was in cahoots with Social Services...cause he was running for the family court Judge position the following year.......so he wasn't gonna vouch for me

so i eventually had to pay a real lawyer and continued my "fight"...everything seemed like it was going to go my way ....till i go to pick up my son for my scheduled visitiation....and as im knocking on her door....

she never answered ....

im waiting calling her on the phone....go to sit in my ride waiting 30 minutes and then THREE COP CARS pull up

this byatch done CALLED THE POLICE on me

they approached my car.....and ask for ID and shyt....and they tell me that they were called by a resident that somebody was harrasing them by beating loudly on the door repeatedly.....

i explained myself im just here to pick up my son..here's my paperwork...

they talk to her azz..and she changes her story saying "Well he CAME to early for his vistiation and she felt threatned by my presance"

cops didn't buy it.....they made her give the child over to them to hand to me while i waited downstairs.....

then a week later.....im called into HR at my job...thier is a DETECTIVE.....a fukking DETECTIVE asking me about the whereabouts of my child mother......

so now IM THE PERSON OF INTREST in A MISSING PERSON'S CASE .....

THANK GOD my boss was there to vouch for me that i was at work the whole time, the night she disappeared and i hadn't had contact with her since last week...

come to find out they found the byatch was out of state getting high and partying and didn't notify her mom or anybody about her whereabouts.....

by this time i was sooo fed up with the situation..i actually wished that they found her

and all i would have to do is identify the body

cause i realized this woman and the court system whole intent was to destroy me

I just did that calculator, I don't want to leave my wife, but looking at that I'm just going to have to take an L and stay if things get bad.
I got 4 kids with her. If I can't get full custody I'm going to have to move to mexico.

My co worker, let his wife be stay at home way past when their kid was little, she rode the whole "going to school" thing for close to a decade.
This man had been working for this company 25 years, pension, 401k, stock options. Paid all the bills.

She starts being distant and listening to and hang with her school friends.
She decides she's unhappy being married to him after all this time, while having NOTHING of her own.
They go to court..... HALF. (in my eddie murphy voice).

Half his 401 he spent 25 years stacking (lump sum, literally went in his account and took 150k)
Half his pension (If he ever gets to draw from it)
She got to keep the house (which he had to keep paying for during the year the divorce took)
Child Support (Their son also gets a SSI check)
And spousal support

My man been grinding all his life, and at 50 had to move in with his brother family.
He walked away with his car and his clothes, and couldn't afford to have a place by himself.

I hate it had to be him..

It's a damn shame. The two laws that will never change is child support and marriage. No politician is going to raise hell, alienate their female base, and go to war to change them, when most people aren't even making noise to get them changed


We need some real money makers in this country to lose it all, before they'll get hip to the idea it needs to change. And that's never gonna happen cause half a billion is still 500 million and they'll be cool


The only thing I can say, is same as CS, divorce is better if your girl works. If you allow her to not do shyt the whole time, then her "job" was taking care of the home and the kids. And you'll have to "pay" her for that. WHATS MINE IS YOURS, YOURS IS MINE

So if there's 100k it's 50/50 no matter who worked. Better bet is to have a wife who making 50k her self. So it's now 150k but you both get 75

She says she wouldn't get me for child support cause she saw first hand how it affected her family but who knows.

you pay less if she makes more... you pay less if you have more visitation... you pay less if you make less



it's all for the kids.... so if combined you make 100k... the kid will receive lets say 2k a month

now if that's you making 100k and her making 0.... well your fault for knocking up a bum bytch... but you paying the 2 yourself

if you making 50 and she making 50.... then maybe it'll be 1k... she'll make up the other 1k they WOULD have made you pay
