It was most likely water weight.

But yeah summer heat is good for losing weight. I already naturally sweat a lot but in hot weather I be sweating BULLETS!

Tryna get my six pack to be more visible so ima be doing HIIT.

THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE. NO WAY YOU BURNED 10500 CALORIES IN 45 MINS.

This. shyt, running for 10 miles alone is around 1300-1400 cals. Average human isn’t coming close to doing this in a day. Losing weight solely thru exercise is literally work + time + consistency and of course diet. Mans would literally have to be on a calories deficit and working out.

It’s definitely possible, and it is water weight your sweating out. I met a fighter in the gym years back that used to do that to make weight. He had a fancy jump rope with a digital calorie counter on it

Sounds fun..I'll bike over that and boxing in general..its nothing like just boxing and moving in their core training discipline. You dont ever have to sell me on punching something..I dont consider it working out at all.

Jumping rope is good cardio. 10-12 years ago I lost a total of 50 pounds by jump roping, push ups and sit ups. Those are the only exercises I did.

Too bad I have bad knees now so I don't do it anymore.
