I think most folks just don’t know where to go. Paris is a large ass city. You kinda have to know people to know where to go
cause you could easily stumble into a wack bar or bad restaurant since there’s so many.

There’s dope black sections of paris which is rare though out Europe.

Facts.. plus they kind of want all tourists to remain in the city center where all the attractions and nice shyt resides. Even the free maps they hand out to people won't have the suburbs and outer areas on them. You have to look up and do some research or know somebody from out there to be able to branch out and discover the African enclaves and other ethnic parts that are out in the suburbs
