Area boys might be what you'd call roadman or street dudes, they might see you as a lick if you don't know how to carry yourself
VI to Lekki is probably 30-40mins but with Naija traffic might as well allow for an hour+, it's probably the nicest & most affluent part of Lagos (save for Banana Island)

Kind of but not really.
The closest equivalent in the US is a sugar baby or "iG model" of sorts. You'll never pay for the actual act but for everything else. Long story short she'll ask for help for things like rent, phone bill, hair weave etc but she'll be like your girl friend.
Run's girls have levels though. Some runs girls be with regular working dudes, some only with politicians.
Funny story, girl I dated in high school supposedly is now a runs girl in Lagos
