Kind of but not really.

The closest equivalent in the US is a sugar baby or "iG model" of sorts. You'll never pay for the actual act but for everything else. Long story short she'll ask for help for things like rent, phone bill, hair weave etc but she'll be like your girl friend.

I used to live in Lekki .... the problem with Lekki is that it floods like crazy during the rainy season ..... the traffic is horrible .... really horrible

This is the issue with Lagos and all these reclaimed land projects. Eko Atlantic City I feel will suffer the same fate. There was a video of a dude using a kayak within Lekki after some flooding occured.

exactly .... Lagos state govt said its because a lot of buildings and properties were erected illegally in places that restricted the drainage, but who sold those people the land to develop on in the first place??

I have a friend who bought a new build in Lekki and hes been struggling to sell it for a year ..... the last time it flooded the water actually came inside his house

They are building Diamond island , orange island , and another one as well , the name escapes me .... also Aja is being heavily developed as well


I think its because Lagos is becoming too congested ..... too many people are moving there


to put things in perspective the population of Ghana is 28 million ..... the population of Lagos is 21 million

the reason why a lot of Nigerians vacation in Dubai is because you dont need a visa to go there , so its no hassle

to get a visa to travel to the States or most places in Europe you have to jump through hoops .....
