what the hell are you talking about?

If Everyone had the mindset of Pro-human, that it would eliminate racism of any kind. A world where everyone see people as just humans, and not by the color of their skin would mean EVERYONE is seen as equal.

All this pro-black, pro-white, pro mexican stuff is actually more destructive and actually keeps racism alive.

As I said before, if his speech was focusing on black power, which in turn basically means focus on your skin color it only activates hatred within people and promotes a individualistic attitude, and also in subliminally saying your skin color is more important than you being a human being. It is also an exaggeration of current state of world as well. A speech like that actually causes more destruction, and people eat it up smh.

Preach that everyone is human, and we are all brothers and sisters. Preach that color of your skin doesn't make you closer to any person, rather you both being human does. Preach that with ambition and focus you can make it in America if you don't have a toxic mindset.
Preach that the "black culture" has many more toxic aspects than positive, which is the main reason a lot of black people aren't successful in this country.

I mean look at what hip hop promotes and what people and fans of hip hop are glorifying. Illicit and uncontrolled drug use, not getting an education, hustling in the streets, risky sex, killing, not being a father, having a lot of baby mamas, glorifying drug dealers that are responsible for millions of innocent people dying, these are all things 99% of hip hop is glorifying and also the main things in that destroy a lot of black people lives and/or keep us from being successful.

In high school, I was laughed at for making good grades and acing all my tests. It was seen as uncool. I went to mostly black high school. It's stuff like this in black culture that holds black people back, not us being black.

Preach that our culture is actually more toxic to success, than any racism you encounter in this day an age.

If you have the right attitude in life, focus on your education, and carry yourself in a respectable manner, love others as humans, the color of your skin will not hold you back in anyway.

There is reason most foreign blacks make better grades, have more degrees , make more money, have healthy household environments, own homes, own businesses, have phD's, masters degrees, etc... Their CULTURE is different. There is also a reason, why many foreign blacks, don't even like us black people from america.

Our culture is simply toxic. That is what needs to be fixed before anything else period.
Did you even listen to his speech? Honest question. What I'm saying is, you can't possibly start to preach pro-human until you address why we as black people aren't even treated equally. If you look at me as beneath you, how can you truly turn around and preach pro-human? I'm speaking in general.

He hasn't spoken up on black issues. He may tap dance around it but never fully addresses his opinions and play the background while he continues to cash in on black music.

He can't say "we are all the same" without acknowledging that we as black people are treated less than equal.

We ARE all the same. Justin timberlake is 100% right.

I am black, and I have never really encounter racism in my life. In fact in my lifetime, it has been other "black" people that have been more racist towards me in most aspects of life.

A lot of people, put themselves in situation where they are treated unequally, but a lot of times it is because of their attitude.

Like for example, in a lot of these police cases involving a white cop and black victim, the black person is resisting arresting or trying to test the cops power, putting themselves in a situation for something bad to happen. Why not just be respectful to the cop, let him say what he has to say, then go on about your business?

Most of the time, I get stopped by a white cop, I was respectful, talked to them and they would reduce my ticket or even let me go without a ticket.

Even one time, a cop came to court date and helped me get charges dropped for a traffic incident.

Do a quick Google search on the activist work he has done. They just didn't give him the humanitarian award for being on Grey's Anatomy.

On the flip side of that, you got people that were mad at Jesse for not being "black" enough yet being the most vocal. Having that privilege of being bi-racial/mixed saying shyt that darker skinned people been saying for the longest and getting 20x the attention/praise for it in a fraction of the time.

It's all whatever to me, but just how vocal is a white person, especially an entertainer supposed to be when you got people like Sean King and Jesse Williams being accused of taking up too much shine on the soap box. Saying he was inspired by that speech is a co-signature of what was said...one that nobody needed, but I don't know if it warranted outrage. I don't think anybody serious about the upward mobility of black folk are sitting down discussing "microaggressions" not getting credit for internet memes like these nikkas on tumblr

there is no we here man, that's the mindset that destroying the world. Black culture has a lot to do with a lot of racism some black people have encountered in life.

He should of started off the speech preaching about how toxic black culture is.

As I said before, I am black and have never encountered racism in my life from a white person. Neither has anyone on in my family. The most "racism" I received was from other black people.

:heh:at nikkaz being outraged half you nikkaz dont even acknowledge africa

It's crazy man. Its our culture thats toxic and most black people dont realize it.

I remember in school, there was some african students in our classes. It was only other black people that would make fun of them. Like making "clicking" noises and asking them if they swing from trees. How ignorant is that?

Meanwhile those african students were acing all their tests and graduate sum cum laude and stuff like that. One of them, I am still friends with now is an engineer making 75,000 a year at the age of 24. Dude got a full scholarship straight out of high school to go to college graduated and is living great now. Ask him if his race ever held him back, his answer would be hell no...

He had such a dismissive response to his cultural vulturing too "Oh you poor thing, we're all the same".

Meanwhile I steal your shyt, profit on it, then pretend I don't see shyt when you guys are fukked over and manipulated.

I didn't hear speech, but if it wasn't focusing on unity and all people not being regarded by the race, but as humans, then it was not a good speech.

You should feel no special connection of any sort to anyone simply because of skin color, but only because we are human.

All this pro black, pro white, pro mexican stuff is all nonsense.

How about EVERYONE start preaching pro-Human.

Naive, dismissive, manipulative, cac horse shyt.

You preach this BS when things are going well, but don't do shyt when things are going bad for those same people you're trying to manipulate.

You can't point out how toxic Black American culture is as opposed to other black cultures without highlighting the American bit.

Whatever toxicity exists in black american culture is a result of white supremacy....black inferiority is the other side of that coin, they go hand in hand and we are ALL, black white and in between are affected...or infected by it. I'm with you with the we are all one rhetoric, I greet everybody as my brother/sister that I come across until they show me otherwise but this "toxic" culture wasn't something cultivated from within, it was something we have been immersed in and have had to adjust to for better or worse. There are better ways to deal with that reality than to turn a blind eye to racism or to look for it everywhere you go, it's much more complex than resorting to either extreme.

No you're not.

You're a cac troll who's pretending to be black on the internet.

We've seen this a 1000 times before, you guys always try this preachy manipulative BS.

Obsessed with black people, taking from us, unwilling to admit your privileges and how we ARE NOT treated the same.

And btw, if our culture is so "toxic"...why do you cacs keep stealing it? You've been doing this since you landed on Africa, and it hasn't stopped since then.

So I watched Jesse Williams speech, and it was really good and powerful, but I've watched my Twitter timeline go into snake eating its tail over him being a man, and being light-skinned, I'm going to give you one message and probably the only time I'll say this in public, the left needs to cancel.the grievance Olympics that try to silence people working for the greater good. all you will get is a golden metal in Hell... The people that allow children to be murdered in the streets and no justice to be brought. ..do not care that Jesse Williams a good looking light skin black guy and you shouldn't either if he's fighting for your life

Jessie Williams being mixed has probably heard way more pandeing racist stupid shyt out of white peoples mouths because they think they can get over on him, more then they can on someone fully black
