Kanye said his ultimate dream is to be a combination of 3 white men...
Exactly! Notice how he quoted MLK Jr. but when asked by CGod what is the end result of all this he mentioned how he wants to be a combo of 3 white men. That just shows all the "pro-black" talk is just pondering to his audience.
Great interview though I don't think it will change the opinion of anybody who already loves or hates Kanye. I kind of wanted more sparring between Charlamagne and Ye though. Also wtf happened to Angela Yee, besides talking about the concert she was mia during that interview.
Angela Yee's opening point about the n word being used by white people at his concert was good to kick off the discussion/interview.
So just a rundown:
1. Speaks of private prisons
2. Mental slavery in connection with brands/fashion
3. Modern day slavery.....
Wheres the hate coming from??
The hate is coming from
1. The fact that he is comparing actual slavery to being a slave to fashion brands
2. Talks about black community and lack of black business but is not actually in the Black community, has married and procreated out of the Black community
3. His outrage is a result of rejection from white-European fashion designers
4. Claims to care about people but I find that hard to believe...as he stated verbatim in this interview, he only cares about "God" and his family.
Does it really matter if Kanye West wants to become a billionaire for himself and his family? At the end of the day he's standing up to a racist system and speaking up. We gon turn our back on him or look down upon him cuz of that? If he wins, it's a win for all black people.
how is it a win for Black people?
Is him being a multi-millionaire a win for black people?
Jay-Z and Kanye got a ton of money, what are they doing for BK and Chicago? Not once in that interview did Kanye talk about Genocide in Chicago.
EXACTLY!
What makes some of us think if these guys get richer they will help the Black community.

FOH with that shyt. KD told nike he wanted his shoes priced at $100, and Nike made it happen. You mean to tell me YE had no input on his shoe? Nike probably showed him the numbers on how much he would make at each price point, and he either approved or agreed with what they deemed was a reasonable price to sell his stuff. Why didn't he protest them prices before it came out?
Kanye is full of shyt. I don't believe that he wasn't in control of the pricing. I remember reading an article as to him explaining why he specifically priced the t-shirts at $100 dollars a piece. Now he's saying he didn't control the pricing?
