George blames sickness, not Leonard, for rough shooting night

You didn't see Kawhi blaming his poor performance against the Raptors on his own respiratory illness :sas2:

Yea he missed some wide open looks, we all saw that. Even Kawhi spoke on it:

"I just try to go out there and do the best job I can, try not to give him the space," Leonard said. "He missed some wide-open ones out there tonight. But that's what I do: just hope that he misses."

That's what we've always said about Kawhi defensively....he gonna ALWAYS make you work for yours against him while attacking you offensively too

Is he sick too? he looked sluggish in the video.

thats what its looking like......... I hope dude aint fool me again
To be fair to him he has been fighting an infection for the last 10+ days - I'd take these games with a grain of salt. He's been talking about it for the last week, it isn't just something he conveniently brought up against the Spurs.

Why does PG have a tendency to go a few weeks playing at an insane level before dropping off drastically? He's done this several times in his career already.

@Malta @Gil Scott-Heroin - where can we look up his stats since a certain date?

According to basketball reference, he's averaging 23.9 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4 assists on 41 percent shooting. I swear he was averaging 29 points just a few weeks ago. ANd I know he's done this before where he's had an insane run and then just flatlined.

You can check the monthly splits -

Paul George

He was on absolute fire in November, since then he's been pretty much :ld: on offense.
