That Michael would be a pariah. He'd be respected within the league but he'd be treated like a villian by the fans and the media. Based on how much he loved the perception of a squeaky clean hero image I think it would've affected him. He loved being adored and it bothered him when he wasnt.

Tom Brady and Curry don’t really use social media. Brady just started like 2 years ago. Curry’s really the only good example but it’s also because he is never criticized for anything. He has a squeaky clean low profile. It’s the guys in the mix that have issues.
