1st: i went back to the Theresa Swan Theory. Basicly Greg Kading told her how it went down. She broke down and became the informant that led to this story. Thinking back I have issues with Greg Kading making the letter. Next to this who is another witness except Suge and Poochie ( dead)
The task force investigating the murder didn't just pull Poochie's name out of a hat. He was a long time suspected enforcer for Suge, his name had appeared in previous investigations into Death Row, and it was circling among Bloods associated with DR that he killed Biggie. There's this false deception that a light just went off in Kadings head, he wrote up this letter, and voila! Case solved. That's not how the confession letter ruse came about, and it wasn't the first time they spoke to Teresa Swann when they presented it to her. Furthermore, the letter only explained that she helped facilitate the exchange of money between her and Poochie. Why would she then add all these additional details about manipulating attorney/client privilege, meeting with Poochie to plan the murder, and the payment process. If she were just playing along, all she had to do was leave it at the contents of the letter.
There's also other circumstantial evidence supporting the Poochie theory, but its only circumstantial. This other evidence isn't.
2nd: When did suge give the order. Biggie shouldnt have stayed till the 7th. I think the hit was planned by someone who knew Biggie would Go to the Vibe party. Which wasnt known till the 7th
You're assuming that this would have been the only location a hit was planned. We don't know that. And Kading himself has stated on multiple occassions that he personally believes Poochie had a spotter or spotters at the Petersen, but he can't prove it based on the evidence uncovered. If you're hired to kill someone, it stands to reason that you're not going to abandon your plan if you miss your first opportunity.
3rd: Gene Deal claims someone told him to Vest up, its going down tonight. With this circle ( Theresa Poochie Suge) hè would have never known.

4th No one ever followed up the person described by Cease and Gene
Who are you referring to? If you're talking about the shooter, the entire basis of every investigation centers around trying to find the shooter. What haven't they followed up on? And if you mean the shooter, Gene acknowledged to police that he never saw the shooter. And Cease acknowledged to police that he couldn't provide a description of the shooter's face because he ducked down as soon as he saw the gun. So who are you referring to? You need to clarify this point.
5th Bad Boy was on check that night by the government. Where is all the footage? From them and every single camera around
Nope. Bad Boy was being surveilled out in LA by federal police who ended their surveillance of them hours before Biggie was killed because their cover had been blown at the Soul Train Awards the night earlier. There's no footage from them at the Petersen Museum because they weren't there the night Biggie was killed. All of this is detailed and documented in the original investigations from '97.
my theory? Yes Suge gave the order, but it was much more Messy than only that girl and Poochie
Probably. And again, for the record, the lead investigator says that he believes exactly what you just said, that Poochie may not have acted alone in planning the hit. But he does the responsible thing and doesn't start pointing fingers at people linked to murders unless he has solid evidence to prove it, unlike the conspiracy circus crowd who have everyone from Amir Muhammad to the King of Belgium somehow involved in Biggie's murder.
