If that were true then America wouldn’t have an issue with racism.
It’s that is much easier for a white woman to:

  • rent an apartment in a upscale areas
  • open a corporate account with under the ascribed amount.
  • Deposit large of money with out scrutiny
  • commit a crime and not be arrested
  • Attracting money
  • Attract sympathy
  • Demand a higher price

I could go on but I’ll be here all day.

You and I are talking about slightly different things. But, I will address the points you posed. You stated earlier that life can be full of challenges. Despite challenges, black women persevere and accomplish what we want. The point is that when a black woman and man are on the same page, they take off like a rocket. It's not as if black people do not live in upscale areas, so that goal gets accomplished. It's not as if black women don't have bank accounts with large balances, so that gets checked off as well. There are many black businesses who obviously deal in high amounts of currency. The need to work around circumstances exists for all people.

You can find stories of whites being denied many things. Also, I saw a thread you made where you said it will take you 17 years to be a millionaire. How many doors is a ww opening with ease and speed, if it takes 17 years of being on the same page and constant strategizing with another person to be a millionaire?

The world has a bias towards lighter skin. And that rings true amongst all races of people. You go to any corner of the globe and you'll see the darkest people are usually the most mistreated and economically disadvantaged. And we as black people who're in the diaspora have been completely indoctrinated to have a preference for lighter skin. It should really be no surprise to see dark skin people with self esteeem issues.

Many lightskinned black deal each other almost exclusively when it comes to dating and marriage. People want to be with people who are more like them.
If that’s the case, how do you account for the DS folks who have a preference for those who don’t look like them?

Never in my life. I have dated light skin AA to very dark skin Haitian/West African. I never cared for a woman's skin complexion. I practice tittyism lol. Most girls I date have nice big tiddies :russ: and no Lizzos either. That's what I am guilty of.

It’s a status issue. You’re talking about people who are perceived to be the lowest on the totem pole. No one wants to be at the bottom. However that phenomena is not as common as you make it out to be. There are plenty of dark skin couples.

No one said it’s impossible but you’re not gonna tell me their doors on over for white people much faster and easier. I mean come on.

You have convinced yourself that life is easy street for bm who are with ww. If the doors were so plentiful with speed and access, 17 years would not be your assessment with a ww and strategizing between two people. I hope you find what you are looking for and at the end of your life, you had the easy life you desired. Best wishes to you.

You are debating an overly opinionated, color-struck lame. Stop wasting your time. :mjlol:

It was a joke!
I'm not a woman, what do you think my answer is?

Bottom line, this colorism crap as people on here describe it, is just called preference.

Not everyone is gonna find you attractive, get it over it :mindblown:

There's way, way bigger fish to fry out here but naw, let's add some more conflict on top of the same 'ol bullshyt sundae

I most likely did (subconsciously), but I never went outta my way to turn down a bih because she was 2 or 6 shades off. Plus, it's hard to be a colorist when you grew up having all different shades throwing it at you.

I’ve liked all shades of Black women honestly.
“Light kinda dark, short sorta tall
Slim, kinda thick I swear I love 'em all” - JayZ

But I will say that most of the women I’ve been interested in have had long real hair. Probably because my mom does.
