The majority of black women who complain about colorism in the majority of cases are just ugly. In elementary school, middle school and Hs the girl(s) that everyone wanted was either dark skin or "medium" complexion.

A lot lightskinned Latino lookin’ biitches were very popular.

Goofy looking lightskinned nigggas get bullied

Pretty lightskinned nikkas with no clout get a lot of “colorstuck” p*ssy

Darker and brown skin ball players and future street nigggas ran the yard.

If you were real black you had to get in where you fit in.

This question is for the dudes and the ladies.

Have you ever discriminated against the opposite sex because wthey were too dark or light?

I can't recall one moment in my life where I've passed a women up because of her complexion. Personally I'm a dark skin breh and have gotten play from all types of women. However the ones that did pass me up due to my complexion were usually other dark skin women or brown skin women. And they were very explicit about it.

From what I've seen a lot black men are colorstruck. I use to deny that was the case but its true. I've spoken to a lot of ds women and they all have had experiences where black men have derogatory comments about their complexion. Even more concerning is the amount of black male celebrities who've publicly humiliated ds women for no reason. Its sickening to me and can kind of understand why so many ds women in particular are swirlers. We have to do better. I can't think of a more ignorant reason not to date someone.
idk about a lot but I def know people who think they doing something or are better than people because their girl is white, "exotic" or a yellow bone. Light skin black people have had colorism because of the brown paper test.

When it comes to dating? Of course. I'm atracted to lighter skin women and have no qualms about it. I couldn't care less about strangers trying to shame me for that decision.

Exactly. All this "black men do this, black women do that" is pointless wheelspinning. I guess it gets the puters putin though.

I hate that colorism an issue that negatively affects both black women and men turned into stupid ass desirability politics.

People just need to put some degree of focus on the barrel maker that puts the crabs in an unnatural environment

Why do people lie, get defensive, deflect about this issue? We have ignorance in our community as it pertains to skin tone.

Get over it. And yes white supremacist media has brainwashed a lot of blacks, especially black men b/c color connotations are engendered.
It only impacts black women more b/c beauty is such a huge part of female identity based on the fukked up world we live in. Thus dark skin gets added to the list of reasons why people call black women masculine. Like the surrogate internet daddy Heaven Scamuels did.

Telling people they just ugly or need to get over it is stupid, when we also need to tell the ignorant self-hating fukks that they are mentally screwed too.
But really a lot of this is about changing culture and society and we aren’t the only community dealing with this.

It is not ignorant. You don’t have a choice. You cannot force people to like you or to find you attractive. This is coming from a male who is very dark skin. I’ve heard it all and sometimes I still do.

This no diff from manosphere dudes whining about women liking thugs

Like if a woman like thugs and u not one she doing u a favor

Just like if a colorist dude only like light women he doing her a favor

Why are u so obsessed with making a colorist dude like darkskinned women?

Just like dudes be obsessed with making women who like thugs love squares

It makes no sense.

There plenty of men who like dark women

And the over whelming number of dark women get attention from men when they with women of all complexions

This whole complaint is from dark skin women who wasn't chosen who want to force black men to only date them.

They never cared if white Hispanic or Asian dudes date light or dark women

But when black men have choice the sky is falling.

Colorism is white supremacy based practice on black people

U got to talk about all colorism not just when it comes to dating to truly deal with the problem.

These women need to understand there will always be men who desire light skin and Hispanic women etc

But that don't stop dark skin women from getting theres
