Prince's 1 album was eh. Prince 2nd album was eh. It wasnt till his 3rd album did Prince get it right with Dirty Mind. Purple Rain was his 6th album. Sign Of The Times is his 9th album.
Canibus didnt get it right till a few albums down the line so are u saying that we dismiss the catalog from this decade even tho its quality stuff?? I'm not seeing your angle on dismissing Canibus for Keith Murray at all.

There's nothing wrong with Keith Murray, just don't really care for his music tho there is a few songs I bump of his. I just think he sounds too much like a redman knockoff just not even close to as good tho. Canibus is definately better. Redman was a complete different Mc on Dare Iz A Darkside than he was on Wut Thee Album. Redman got on that Spaced Out tip after Keith Murray. The stuff Murray was saying on Erick Sermon - Hostyle was unheard of at the time.
And I think Keith and Redman was equal as Mc's but Erick Sermon laced Redman with way better beats so Red's albums was better... and Redman was way more consistent so Reggie definitely Was the better artist.
Keith was eating Redman up on a lot of them joints on the El Niño album and other collabs imo

As someone who fukks with Keith Murray heavy it stands out u downing Bus to big up Keith when Keith hasnt put out a solo in 10 years yet Bus has 5 solos and 2 group albums this decade. And one of those group albums is Canibus and Keith. And Canibus kills Keith on every track they are on.

Don't get me wrong the First 2 Keith albums had very dope production from E but the beats he did on Dare iz a darkside and Muddy Waters was on another level
