probably, but universal is the parent company. they ultimately write all the checks, which everyone else spilts up. they owned 50% of rocafella, with jay, dame and biggs owning the other 50%. if jays wasnt getting $68 million from profits from his music which universal distributed? how was that dame? unless dame debo’d jay outta money. there needs to be a TV show about the hip hop community and how all these rap nikkaz being exploited. none of them nikkaz that wasnt independent was eating unless they was puff, russel, suge or master p.
