They probably have the least amount of talent in the league. There isn't one team on their schedule they are more talented than.

Whisenhunt has Mariota playing pretty good football, especially for a rookie. If his development keeps coming along, Whiz has to get another season. The team simply needs players or it won't matter who's the coach.
