subject matter is the biggest knock on eminem, nikkas simply can't relate to a lot of the shyt he rapped about. nikkas weren't hating their moms, plotting to kill their baby moms and high off pills:camby:

but if someone wanted to learn how to employ flawless rhyme schemes and properly structure verses from a technical standpoint, you can just tell them to listen to late 90s/early 2000s eminem. despite what most people think, rapping well and making it sound good isn't an easy thing to do and he always made it seem so effortless.

that boy was a problem in his prime and he has a sincere respect and admiration for the culture and its history...he's forgotten more about hip hop than most people will ever learn.

Kendrick is part of that machine, 1 of the reasons I'm not a fan, cause he doesn't feel real to me.

Breh....:heh:

There has always been a "machine" and every rapper large or small has been pushed by it in one way or another.

The only difference is we actually see the strings and puppet master now.

Not true.

But that's not the sole reason I'm not a fan, there's a lot that doesn't sit right with me about Kendrick, it feels like music coming from a machine to me, possibly calculated by higher ups. Kendrick's shyt feels safe to me, I'm not convinced by him or his music. Just a personal opinion, have 1 or 2 friends that liked his shyt, but I've never felt him despite countless listens. Liked the Compton track though, but he's lacking edge/bite to me.

If Eminem wasn't a rapper nearly everyone here would be calling him racist.

"I don't care about that ****** shyt, I'm here to make a bigger hit"

"Blacks only want your money"

"White girls are good, black girls are bytches".
