An astute observation. The premise for the movie was in a lot of ways weaker than the one where Vince Vaughn was an anonymous sperm donor that ended up having like 500 kids. Delivery Man, just googled it movie is Delivery Man (2013), there's a lot more to be fleshed out in terms of intricacies of life, and it got mixed reviews, granted it was remake the point remains. Even as a jit Cheaper By The Dozen just seemed like the Griswolds with more kids, and the Griswolds were meh at best.
