Kobe was a great scorer and he pl
ayed a ton of playoff games...but LeBron, who is a playoff choker and useless beyond 3 feet according to our coli analysts, has significantly more playoff points than Kobe despite fewer games played. How can this be reconciled? How can the player heralded as the ultimate killer, the player who can beat you by himself, the player who elevates to zones greater than MJ, how does he not have an extensive collection of playoff feats? He has close to 3 full NBA seasons worth of playoff games. This isn't some small sample size that can be brushed off.

My favorite part of that analysis is that multiple Kobestans have told me that Kobe is unguardable due to his versatility, while Lebron is certainly guardable due to his limitations. If Kobe is unguardable, then why does he only shoot 41% in the Finals? It can't be the defense, because no defense can stop him (and his defenders in the Finals have been average or worse anyway). So is Kobe consistently choking on the biggest stage? I never hear the answer to this.
