He obviously needed a new challenge and i was happy he made that move to the Nets because it showed how much legacy meant to him. But now he's gotta step up
Simple as that, and he failed this year.

Show and prove next year. He isn't getting any younger.

yeah, I keep seeing "KD almost beat bucks by himself" and I'm like:dwillhuh: Son only beat the bucks once w/o Kyrie and were 1/4 with just Durant:heh:

Lmao

KD was up 2-0, 3-2, Had a game 7 on his floor....went into overtime and shot 0-6

This almost beat the Bucks by himself schtick that these dudes keep on pushing look hilarious to even say or read

And Harden played well enough to get KD two shots for the win, which is what KD and Kyrie were supposed to be all about, hitting the big shots in the clutch. KD just didn't get it done. He had his chances.

It's a different age for those players that played 82 games a season in a more physical league versus what they do now in this soft era

But I don't care if it helps extreme players careers and avoid injury
:what:

The league is more physically taxing today. Players run a lot more today and there is more movement. Also, KD has played two more seasons than Barkley.

He’s a great player but he’s not the best and never was the best..

Ever.
I don’t think he was ever the best outright, just in the mix of top players every year. I don’t think anyone has ever questioned KD’s basketball talent that’s why I quote you. I agree with you about his weak aloof leadership skills, it’s like he’s stuck in AAU

There was nothing left to get done. KD said himself that he was so gassed that they wouldn’t have went much further in the playoffs even they win game 7 against the Bucks.

I can’t understand why he can’t see that Kyrie is going to ruin him here in Brooklyn :what:

The only thing left to assume is he doesn’t care about winning again he got his 2 rings in GS even though they were crafted in popcorn..

He can’t be this stupid :mindblown:

So why are people acting like he was this close to winning the chip if he was gassed by a second round series

Makes all that inch away rhetoric hollow.
