Laugh it up. I’m going on 10 years with my woman.

You think you can run around on your wife and expect her to have mercy on you? A lot of these breakups are self inflicted.

i tespect that, but you aint maneuvering with a multi million dollar bag..

What is KG doing right how, three years retired to make you think he's making enough to throw away $1.2 million a year, brother?

I wouldn't say its throw away .. but he still gets an NBA check and plus Im sure he still gets royalty from endorsements, he retired the highest paid NBA player in history and he made 336 million dollars brougham .

The court didnt pull that 1.2 from thin air breh.. he had to provide discovery and show all his income and assets in court . They based this amount on his income

He doesn't have to pay forever

Gabby LOOKS like she’s down for Wade. Dude had a whole ass “break baby” on her and she stuck around.

Kobe wife GOTTA love him after those two cheating scandals. She coulda legit took that ass to the CLEANERS. Had rappers coming to his side and shyt before any papers had even been filed.

Well gabby is different than them.

Kobe wife idk bro, she was a video girl. She just seems like a come up girl. She’s also Latina and I know they’re big on family. And it does seem like she does have some type of sense. Why divorce the dude if he’s gonna keep giving you more money? But maybe she does love him a little, he did have her at a young age.

Can y’all break down prenups for me? From what I’m seeing and what I’ve seen, they’re easily comparable to Swiss cheese
No prenup is absolute. They all can be disputed just like any contract. Most states don't allow you to include alimony into a prenup but apparently California is one of the few that does. But you still have to be careful in how you write it. Trying to create a prenup that says I don't give you anything you leave with what you came with will likely get thrown out 10 times out of 10. Especially if you're married for over 5 years (in this case they were married for 15 and have kids).

You can't force them to sign it as a condition of marriage. They also have to have their own lawyers view it.

Now you see how many ways they can be invalidated. How soon after the prenup was presented did she sign it? In California they have to wait at least 7 days before it's signed. She can also dispute that she was forced to sign it or else they wouldn't get married... if so it can get invalidated. Did she have her own independent lawyers review it before she signed it?..if not it's getting invalidate. Are the terms unconscionable? If so it can get invalidated.

The best way I've seen prenups done are like this: $500,000 for every year we're married (this amount varies depending on the net worth), and if we make it to the 5 year mark you get $5 million. Then up it from $500k to $750k a year and if they make it to 10 years then they'll get $10 million. Then you have a final amount 20+ years $25 million or something like that. Then of course include other things you want to protect like family heirlooms, business ownership, antiques, collections, etc.

Ladies hang around until they think you've maxed your earnings potential and then split.

The dudes ALWAYS cheat because it's so damn easy to do as an athlete. Rare for athletes to get divorced if they're faithful the whole time. Dudes think the woman is "ok" with it because she doesn't say anything. Truth is that the broads cried all their tears out in year 2 of the marriage. After that they're just waiting on the right time to cash out.

Damn and thats on top of all that money that got stolen from him by his financial advisers :damn:

I know the nikka still rich regardless but all of this shyt has to have breh extra hot.
You’re presuming he’s financially sound. If you don’t know someone is swindling you of $60 million that’s really the beginning.

I once pointed out that Kobe doesn’t care about reading financial reports and Kobe is in the financial business. Some of us are gullible. Avon tried to warn Stringer if those away games.

Marvin Harrison is apparently doing well though.
