Brehs need to protect their seed

Facts the wild thing is I already know my one cousin going to be a baby mama. She too independent for my cousin that’s 60 and I don’t think he’s fully separated from his first wife yet.

the drinking, pills, and “travel” is all escapism. Then they doing this all on credit, hoping they can find a sucker before the bill due

I usually don't share too much in this thread but I had to share this moment, talking to a lady, and she stated she wanted to become a CEO/owner for some type of business (she doesn't even have a business/LLC might I add, but whatever, this is what she wants. No harm, cool, live your life. She only wants to work 2-3 days out of the week and go on vacation.

I asked her some very logical questions,, how many workers/employees you want, what type of business do you want to have, business hours/days, you do know that you would have to train those workers/employees for you to even be able to work 2-3 days out of the week, not only train but trust and believe that shyt will be done right while you're not there. The dream you want, It doesn't happen overnight like how you're making it out to be. Many CEOs/owners, especially starting off, work more than 60 hours to make sure their business/company is doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing. You don't want to work the 40 hours now at the job you're on, so how are you going to work 60 hours plus running your own business, let alone train workers on how you want things done

Who is going to handle shipment, if you're doing business in the product/services/merch arena, who is going to handle inventory, you have to know where every red cent is going and coming into your business. Payroll. Security, if you're dealing in the product/services/merch arena, you have to worry about employees stealing, outsiders stealing. Finding deals. Making sure the product is delivered on time.

What is your hiring process, what type of workers do you want, do you know how to manage personalities? You don't even like people as it is now.

I was hitting her with all type of logical simple shyt, that she hadn't even thought about. Phone line got quiet and I found myself doing all the talking which I at that point, I knew, I was over-loading her mind.

Motherfukkers just be saying shyt and don't even think about the shyt that they be talking about. I mean she was all 100% with it on how everything would/suppose to work out. Even said that was her calling, that she's supposed to be a owner/CEO of some business

I wasn't going to say nothing but a person being delusional around me, urks me, especially women, They think (and some men) shyt is just suppose to just happen and be done by itself. shyt supposed to fall in place and bam, there you have it, plug and play, you have a booming business smh

anytime a woman says she wants to be a CEO and uses it in the same sentence as boss/work for self 9 times out of 10 she is an idiot. CEO is a Job Title and reports to a board of directors. Owning a body butter business that you're the only employee of doesn't make you a CEO, and women actually on track to be CEOs of companies are in Fast track top 20 MBA programs lol. IF it took someone more than 4 yrs to get a crappy degree from an avg state school or online college, 9 times out of 10 they not going to be a CEO of anything. The women really on that grind are usually masculine as hell and sooooo deep in their work that usually they look to enter the dating field once they hit senior management roles in their earl 40s (late 30s if they are a rock star) but nobody wants them because 1.they are too masculine 2.dont even have time for a relationship. There is a reason the men on their level ignore them because nobody wants to deal with those types out side of work.

Once you hit 25 all that "I wanna be a " when I grow up talk is over lol. Anyone smart enough to hit their goal is already on the path of doing it by that point. Folks spend their early 20s literally doing nothing.

I dont understand why people are so invested in if @Another Man is gay or straight especially if they don't even know him.

That's some high estrogen behavior. You don't need a reason to not fukk with dude. If Kevin samuels corny and a lame to you then dude should just say it and move on.

There are lots of things to call him out on:
*His advice is inconsistent
*He believes in and promotes toxic workaholism
*He doesn't have any guidelines for men who actually are okay with being step fathers
*He doesn't call out white supremacy as an obstacle you have to work around.
*He condones men cheating in their relationships.

If he's gay that doesnt magically make him wrong about what he's saying when it comes to improving your image or being realistic about your dating choices and options

Facts a lot of people really don’t understand how much work it is trying to be an entrepreneur or CEO. You will work more than 40 hrs a week. Almost anything you do that is going to make you a substantial amount of money you will be working over 40 hours sometimes no sleep. It ain’t for the faint heart the hard work you gotta put it. Studying everyday including on weekends and making sure your networking and squeezing that in with the actual work.
