Roc was supposed to be a comedy it seems like Charles S. Dutton got control of the show (really the whole cast) and since they were old theater actors they went all It's a Different World on Fox. The short lived show South Central did the same thing before Fox hurrined up and pulled the plug.

Tons of kids got oofed. People don't know there was no ID laws back then you could literally hop a bus with no ID stay at a trap hotel (again with no ID) and set up shop. If you got killed even if you were left on the street no one would know who you were. We're not even gonna talk about the tons of Foreign Flag kids who attempted the same thing and got snuffed too.

This applies to both men and women, but you see it outwardly in women much more.

We know how to attract, "talk", date, have sex, and be bf/gf, but we don't know how to pass that into engagement and marriage.

Example: This girl last night said she wants to be married. She's 25, started relationship with guy at 19. 6 years, and he hasn't proposed to her. Kevin: why aren't you married? Her: Crickets.

Kevin says 6 mos to a year.

I say no more than 2 years, you KNOW as a man if you want to be married to a woman if ya'll been in a relationship. if you don't then either it aint the right person OR you're not ready yet.

Most of us aren't ready. We are comfortable with being in 3 to 6 year relationships, multiple ones and never marry anyone. But then say we want to be married but don't do the work to make that happen.

6 months to a year is not enough time to marry someone in most cases. You don’t really know a person until you live with them for a year.
