When they have kids, it's worse. They compare you to the baby daddies, have higher standards and are mean as fukk, plus what you mentioned above. They dont realise that their BD sets the market, and that's why they remain single or have the same types of outcomes with different men.
a 35-45 year old single woman has the highest standards on top of being broken? and shes not willing to move into that secondary support role, be soft and nice? you get 3-6 months to change that or a dude will NOT invest anything in you, and he will leave. those women need to get on the program with the best guy they can get and be grateful if he wants to deal with her or be a stepdaddeh.

Concerning women's weight, an observation:
It's REALLY hard for women to lose the "fat weight" in their arms and face. They usually have to resort to surgery to fix it and that's not a guarantee and very risky.

That's why women have to be consistent with fitness. Men can bounce back easier but women have it harder - higher body fat, less testosterone.
Also a lot of women have shytty diets.
Fat weight is mostly diet issues. You need to produce a calorie deficit in the kitchen as well as the gym.
